AirSwap exchange air-ends are remanufactured to our exacting quality standards at our Melbourne ISO9001 manufacturing facility and are available for both our Sullair diesel portables and our Champion industrial compressors. For fast delivery, AirSwap air-ends are also imported from the USA and stocked in our branches. All AirSwap exchange air-ends are tested to the highest standards before shipping to you.

How Does It Work?

Plan your scheduled downtime and call 1300 COMPRESSOR (1300 266 773). We ship you an off-the-shelf AirSwap air end, ready for installation by Sullair certified technicians. Return your used air-end to us and we strip it and give you a comprehensive analysis report. Each air-end is fully disassembled and inspected for serviceability. Typically, high end components are machined and bearings and bearing seals replaced. Air-ends are reassembled, lubricated, inspected and quality checked to the same standards as new air-ends. The remanufactured air-end is then placed into our stocks - ready for the next customer.
